Designs, builds and maintains the software we deliver to clients. Engineers use AI coding tools to work faster, and take responsibility for every line those tools produce. Led by Dhananjay More.
Core responsibilities:
- Build websites, web applications, internal tools and integrations to the scope the client approved
- Add AI to client workflows: automation, AI agents and chatbots, document processing, and AI features in existing software
- Direct AI coding tools, then review and test every change before it reaches a client
- Advise on architecture and technical decisions, and maintain and support what we deliver after launch

- Bring in a founder and the right engineers to scope the work and prepare a written proposal
- Follow up on proposals and answer questions until the client decides
