Can you maintain a site or app someone else built?: Usually, yes. We review the existing code and hosting first, then tell you what a maintenance plan would cover and anything that needs fixing before it starts.
Is maintenance offered with every build?: Yes. Every build proposal includes a maintenance option.
What does a monthly plan cover?: Security and dependency updates, bug fixes, tested backups, monitoring and an agreed amount of small changes. Larger changes are scoped separately.
What if something breaks?: Monitoring alerts us, and you can report problems directly. We fix and check the problem, then tell you what happened and what changed.
Do you need access to our hosting?: Yes. We work in your accounts with the access you grant, and that access is removed if the plan ends.
