3. Review: A named person on our team checks every output before it reaches you, and you approve each milestone.
4. Deliver and support: You receive the work, its documentation and everything needed to run it. Maintenance is available on a monthly plan.

What affects the cost

We quote after a scoping conversation, so there is no fixed price on the site. These are the factors that move the cost of this work up or down; the proposal states the scope, what is not included and the price.

Number of systems and directions: A one-way sync between two systems is smaller than a two-way sync across four.
Quality of each system’s API: Well-documented APIs are quicker to connect than older systems without one.
Volume and timing: Real-time updates and high volumes need more careful design than a nightly sync.
Data mapping: How different the systems’ fields are, and how much clean-up the data needs.
Monitoring and alerts: Who is told when something fails, and how.

Questions

Which payment providers can you integrate?: The ones your customers use, including UPI in India, M-Pesa in East Africa and regional gateways elsewhere. We confirm the provider’s API during scoping.
What happens when a connected system changes?: Integrations can break when the other side changes. A monthly maintenance plan covers the fixes and updates when that happens.
Can you connect to our existing ERP or CRM?: Usually, through its API or its import and export options. We check what your version allows during scoping, before any build starts.
Is our data safe while it moves between systems?: Connections use each system’s secure API, credentials stay in your accounts or an approved vault, and we move only the fields the integration needs.
What happens when a connection fails?: It alerts your named person, the record waits rather than disappearing, and the written manual fallback explains what to do until it is fixed.
