- We agree in writing what will be delivered, what is not included, and how we will both know it is done.
- 2. Build
- Our engineers build with AI tools, in increments you can see as the work progresses.
- 3. Review
- A named person on our team checks every output before it reaches you, and you approve each milestone.
- 4. Deliver and support
- You receive the work, its documentation and everything needed to run it. Maintenance is available on a monthly plan.
Ways to work with us

- Fixed-scope project
- A clear scope agreed in writing and delivered as one project, with a deposit up front and the balance on delivery. When it fits: The work can be described in full before it starts, such as a website or a single integration.
- Milestone-based build
- A larger build split into milestones. You review and approve each one before the next begins. When it fits: A larger build where the details become clearer once you see it working, such as a web application or a portal.
- Monthly maintenance or retainer
- Ongoing work on a monthly plan: updates, fixes, backups, monitoring and small changes. When it fits: Software that is already running and needs looking after, or a steady flow of small changes.
- Consulting engagement
- A defined piece of advice or review, delivered as a written outcome and walked through with your team. When it fits: You need a decision or a second opinion rather than a build, such as choosing a stack or reviewing a system.
Questions about working with us
- Do you publish prices?
- No. Every project is different, so we quote after a scoping conversation. The proposal states the scope, what is not included, the timeline and the price.
- Is there work you do not take on?
- Yes. For now we decline work that needs specialist certifications, such as regulated health or finance systems, and systems where downtime would be critical.
- Do you offer free trial work?
- No. We prefer a small, clearly defined first project, so you can judge our work on something real.
